Neil is a knowledgeable and experienced leader and chartered engineer who has over 20 years experience at the heart of the UK energy industry at National Grid plc.

Neil has lead teams with heart and mind on mega construction projects and operations teams who keep the lights on 24/7 and has a passion for combining the technical with people and culture, through regenerative ways of thinking and being.

What matters to Neil is how the energy transition happens just as much as achieving the targets we set.

In his spare time Neil can be found at the coast, the woods or the workshop.
